Fall 2024 Semester begins on Wed., Aug. 14, 2024.
Availability and Enrollment Fees
Enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis. An enrollment fee is required to hold your child’s space in preschool each semester and for summer sessions as well. A non-refundable fee of $60 per semester is required at the time of enrollment to reserve your child’s spot.
We ask that you do not pay this fee until you have received confirmation that a spot is available for your child. Please contact Sandra Hurtado to inquire about availability at your preferred location, day and time. After you receive confirmation, you will have 48 hours to submit your enrollment fee to save your child's spot.
Tuition
Tuition is due by the first day of the semester and on the 1st of each month after the semester starts. It is late after the 5th. A late fee of $25.00 will be applied to all payments received after the 5th. A one month notice must be given should you decide to discontinue school. This will allow us the opportunity to fill your child’s spot.
Tuition is calculated for the semester, and then divided by the number of months in the semester. As a courtesy to parents, we allow tuition to be paid in full at the beginning of the school year, at the beginning of the semester, or to be paid monthly. If tuition is paid late two separate months, the balance of tuition for the semester will be due.
Important Notes
• Missed Days: Refunds are not given for days missed. Make up days are not allowed. If your child misses school due to illness, vacation, etc., we do not have the available space to allow a student to make up days missed by attending on another day.
• Changing Schedules: A parent can change a student’s schedule mid semester, if spots are available. Tuition would be prorated.
• Biting and Aggression: We have a strict policy with regard to children biting, hitting and causing harm to other children. This is to ensure every child has an opportunity for a safe and enjoyable school environment. Three incidences of this type of aggression will result in a child's dismissal from school, without a refund for the current month's tuition and enrollment fee. All incidences are reported to parents of both the child causing harm, and to the child that was harmed.

Our enrollment process is all online. To enroll your child for a school semester, please follow the 6 (SIX) steps below.
1.) Secure Spot: Once the school director has confirmed a spot for your child (see top of page) you will need to read and complete the forms below as well as submit payment for the enrollment fee within 48 hours of a confirmed spot.
2.) Parent Handbook: Please read through our Parent Handbook (download here).
3.) Enrollment Form: Complete Enrollment Form below.
4.) Authorization for Pick-Up: Complete form below.
5.) Immunization Records: Scan copy of immunization records and send to Sandra Hurtado via email.
6.) Enrollment Fee: Once the above forms are completed, you can move onto paying the enrollment fee online via this website. Click here to be directed to our payment options.
